UniverCity operates under the Municipal Studies Administration at the Federation of Local Authorities and is entrusted with the training of local authority employees. The administration offers a variety of professional tools through courses, seminars, undergraduate and graduate degrees and annual advanced training in collaboration with the trade unions.
